He is a careful listener and took on board our many ideas and changes of heart politely and professionally. We literally gave him an uphill challenge as we are off of a footpath and large vehicles have limited access so Craig carried everything up without complaint. If you want a company who will send a team to build you a garden room in 3 weeks don't choose Great Garden Rooms. Michelle Crocker29/06/2024We used Great Garden rooms to build my garden office and was so pleased with the service we approached them to complete our patio. They have just finished the work and we are absolutely delighted with the quality. The ground was uneven and shingled which they levelled, allowing for drainage and build the step to the back door. They went over and above and even installed a gate as a last minute request from us to keep our dog from running into the main garden. Nothing was too much trouble and we are impressed with the level of detail - all to our requested specification. Communication throughout was excellent and the job was completed in the estimated timeframe. Thank you Craig, Jack and team. Joanne Cooper07/05/2024Can’t praise Craig and Great Garden Rooms enough. From the offset he was very professional and listened to our brief as it was to be a glass and pottery studio. The quote was great we liked the fact everything was listed down so there were no awkward conversations about money and costs along the way. Everything listed in the quote was delivered on. Was clean throughout the process, always tidying up after each day. Rubbish was removed in a timely manner during and after completion. The workmen choices he had were great too and they were all highly skilled and courteous. Very high spec down to the lighting, heater etc. The finish to the studio is second to none and we are over the moon with it. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anybody!!! Matt Stockdale22/01/2024I've waited a few months to write a review to let everything settle and see if there were any issues. Thankfully it's all good. Craig did an amazing job from start to finish, it's hard to describe - but everything you could think to ask, he'd got answers for, everything you wanted - he'd cater for. Including highlighting what we thought we wanted wouldn't really look great with a better recommendation. End to end Craig was diligent to the build, design and any issues managed easily without problem. These aren't cheap - so a significant investment that I'm more than happy with. Paul Martindale23/04/2023Craig and his Great Garden Room (GGR) team did a fantastic job of building a Great Garden Room, or in our case, a great pool house. Our customer service experience was exemplary throughout and we are delighted with the finished product which includes the zinc roofed, oak clad pool house, , internal shower room, surrounding limestone paving and oak pergola. We got five quotes for the work and only GGR gave us the price certainty that we were looking for which included the materials and labour for building, plumbing, drainage and electrics. Other companies excluded these or gave indicative/provisional quotes.
